Hey there, my name’s Lucas, and I’m a licensed therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples! I work with clients on specific issues they highlight and see as the things that need to be addressed the most, but I also take a holistic approach and address whatever you and I through therapy identify as compounding factors - be they internal, such as trauma, or external, such as relationship troubles. Typically, I like to operate with a solution-focused approach, where we identify a problem or set of problems and come up with tangible goals to work toward - the kind where you can actually see and feel a true, meaningful, real-world difference along the way and once achieved. I work with couples issues (from things as simple as figuring out how to address day-to-day matters, to heavier topics such as premarital or how to navigate a separation), sexual issues, family conflicts such as those between parents and their kids, LGBTQIA+ specific struggles, and also issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, life-stage transitions, etc
