Introduction

I work with people experiencing anxiety, mood difficulties, low self-worth, sadness, grief and feelings of overwhelm that often show up during transitions in our lives. This includes becoming a parent, going through a divorce, death of a loved one, starting a new career, entering peri-menopause or menopause, moving, becoming an empty-nester and more. The stress during major transitions can lead to feelings of confusion, stuckness, difficulty with making decisions, loss of identity, higher emotionality and overall feeling unsettled. I will help you understand what is going on, quiet the noise and find steadier footing. I offer concrete tools and guidance using a combination of evidence-based techniques including trauma-focused CBT, relational therapy and brain-focused counseling to help you build a strong foundation to stand on. I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Professional (CCATP.) I offer a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic environment focused on empowerment. Together, we’ll build resilience, reconnect with your true self, and create space for hope, calm, and clarity in your life. My practice is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. It is a safe space for all people, all sexual orientations and all gender identities.
