Introduction

Hi, I’m Lucie Hendrickson, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I am passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My interest in the mental health field began in high school and continued to grow throughout my undergraduate and graduate education. Through my work, I’ve had the opportunity to support children, adolescents, parents, and families as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, identity development, relationship difficulties, and school-related concerns. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and client-centered lens, working collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to tailor sessions to their unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns affecting your well-being while building on your strengths and developing practical tools for meaningful change. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters. My hope is to provide a space where you feel supported, respected, and encouraged as we work toward your goals.
