Introduction

You are the expert on your experience. Our job is to walk beside you when it feels too hard to bear alone, and to connect you with the resources to achieve your goals. This might mean: Connecting parents to testing and IEP services to support a young child. Connecting (or reconnecting) to your own strengths and values. Connecting to the education & coping skills to better respond to stressors. Connecting your past and present, or emotions and actions, in order to create change. Or it might mean connecting with another human being who cares about you in a space that is safe, protected, and free of judgement. Lucita Clondas earned a Masters in Social Work from Bridgewater State College and holds an LICSW. She has a long history of working with teenagers with complex mental health needs in the community. Lucita is passionate about helping adults in transition, and older adults navigating their next stage of life. She treats a range of diagnoses, but has a special place in her heart for anxiety disorders. She loves building meaningful relationships with her clients. She uses a mix of therapeutic styles, but always begins with a foundation of respect for her clients. Colleen Quaile earned a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and holds an LMHC. She has an extensive history of working with children, adolescents, and families in a range of settings. Colleen has a special interest in working with our youngest clients (age 3+) and their families. She provides both short term treatment focused on assessment and recommendations, as well as ongoing treatment. She has over two decades of experience navigating the IEP process, coordinating with schools, and connecting families with area resources.
