Introduction

You may find yourself thinking, “I feel stuck in the same cycle. I want to grow, but I want clarity on the next step forward.” You may feel ready for change yet unsure how to move. The pressures of expectations, whether from others or yourself, can feel overwhelming and paralyzing. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship strain, or past trauma, we can explore what is happening inside you and build steady awareness. My role is to help you clear the noise so your voice can come through and to support you as you learn to connect with yourself with more compassion. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and parents who want to create real movement in their lives. I bring seven years of human resources experience and one and a half years as a life coach with the Healthy Gamer community, which helps me understand motivation, workplace stress, and personal growth. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and psychoeducation. We notice thoughts and emotions with mindfulness, identify what is already helping you, and build on the strengths you carry. We explore your values and goals and turn them into steps that feel doable. With me, you will have a supportive space to speak, reflect, and be you. You will also have tools and guidance when you want direction. We move at your pace and stay focused on what supports growth and self-compassion. If you are ready to explore how we might work together, you are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consult call. As a Mental Health Counseling student intern, I am closely supervised by Dr. Kristin Ross, LMFT-S, at Resilient Roots Counseling & Consulting in Garland, TX.
