Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it's tailored to who you are, not a template that fits everyone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, perfectionism, relational challenges, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and skills focused, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other evidence based methods to meet you where you are. I'm particularly attuned to the complexity of cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and neurodivergence. Together, we create space to turn down the noise of shame and anxiety, clarity your goals and and genuine self-trust. You deserve to feel seen and heard. I offer telehealth sessions, accept most major insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients. Let's explore how we can work together toward your goals.
