I believe therapy is a collaborative process that creates space for greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and meaningful change. I work with adults navigating challenges that can make it difficult to feel grounded and connected. My approach is compassionate, practical, and individualized. I draw from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing to help clients understand patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building skills to manage difficulties. I often incorporate body-based approaches, recognizing the connection between physical experience, stress, and emotions. In our work together, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Therapy may include building mindfulness and emotional-regulation skills, developing greater capacity for distress, exploring patterns that may no longer serve you, and increasing your sense of connection with yourself and your values. You don’t have to navigate challenges alone. I welcome the opportunity to support you at your own pace as you move toward a more balanced, authentic, and meaningful life.
