As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am a firm believer in recognizing everyone’s unique strengths and lived experiences. I enjoy working collaboratively with neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing depression, anxiety, challenging interpersonal dynamics, life transitions, work/school pressures, and identity development. Using warmth, levity, and exploratory techniques, I work with clients to develop goals that reflect their unique needs, moving at a pace that feels comfortable, with the intent of improving their quality of life. My therapeutic approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to building one's capacity to manage life’s trials and tribulations. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from different evidence-based modalities to adapt to each client's needs. My hope is that clients leave sessions having processed their thoughts and emotions, and believe in their ability to navigate barriers without jeopardizing self-determination. If you’re seeking therapy, I’d be honored to support you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a brief consultation to establish fit!
