Luis Felipe Cebas is a first-generation, Afro-Latino, bilingual therapist with rich cultural roots spanning Northern Virginia and the Dominican Republic, born to a Dominican and Spanish mixed-race family. He brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in direct practice, case management, and crisis intervention across diverse clinical settings. He’s passionate about supporting People of Color, Latine, and underrepresented communities, using a trauma-informed approach. He employs a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and issues related to sexuality and gender identity. His guiding principles—integrity, compassion, service, and social justice—shape my commitment to creating safe, empowering, therapeutic spaces where clients can heal and thrive.
