I’m a bilingual counselor, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable growing and improving your quality of life. Together, we’ll find ways to cope with stress, adjust to challenges, and move through obstacles. I believe in working side by side with you to set goals or explore options that fit your needs, personality, and life journey. I use different approaches to therapy and adjust my style to what works best for you. I’ve spent over 15 years working with children, teens, and adults, and for the past eight years I’ve focused on helping adults manage mental health concerns ranging from ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, life changes, substance use (action and maintenance stage), stress, anger and other issues. Clients often tell me they enjoy my genuine and upbeat personality, and my flexible way of practicing therapy. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you through the process. I’d love the chance to support you with your mental health goals. I am In Network for BCBS of NC (starting Mid Nov, 2025) and Aetna, Aetna SHP. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients.
