I have always been interested in health, both physical and mental. Whether through sports or growing up in a big family I learned much about both good and bad health habits. While in college I worked as a Personal Trainer and enjoyed aiding clients as they pursued their physical goals. I then grew more interested in mental health as I found that most clients' obstacles had more to do with mental than physical challenges. It was this realization that led me to become a therapist and assist clients in pursuit of mental health wellness. The phrase "understanding what is misunderstood" has always resonated with me. As the youngest son in a family of four brothers I often felt misunderstood. It is my goal as a therapist respect the clients goals and find the best scientific approach to help them reach them. You choose the destination, I will find us the best way to get there. Supervised by: Candice Marcum LMFT-S
