I help men overcome anxiety and depression to get a clear sense of identity and a purposeful life. Often, anxiety, depression, or stress can make us feel stuck as men. Work can move at a stressful pace. School demands can add up. Knowing how to navigate changing relationships or family dynamics can be confusing. I get that! During our time together, we’ll collaborate to take the next steps toward creating a life of purpose and impact. So, what can you expect during our time together? We'll talk through where you feel stuck (ex. work, family, school, a crazy pace of life, etc.). We'll also work on practical skills for managing life’s stressors. We'll work together to identify values you want to live by. Then we can begin to craft a non-anxious life that lines up with your values and goals.
