Introduction

This practice was founded to turn my clinical and personal experience into a resource for others and to provide specialized counseling for adults experiencing mental health difficulties, including survivors of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their loved ones—so no one has to face the challenges of a brain injury alone. I am a Psychotherapist that specializes in adult mental health, that offers compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed psychotherapy for adults coping with mental health challenges and life transitions. My areas of expertise are designed to empower others to find hope, solve problems, manage emotions, and rebuild their lives with dignity and expert guidance. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges. My passion lies in understanding and addressing each person’s unique experiences. I provide compassionate and inclusive services with a holistic approach that combines clinical knowledge, kindness, guidance, and understanding within a comfortable, supportive setting—whether virtually or in person—to help you grow, heal, and achieve optimal mental health. My clinical experience is extensive and includes many settings: hospitals, assisted living, nursing homes, emergency rooms, disability services, home care, hospice, crisis units, business critical-incident response, private practice, psychiatric hospitals, and community care. When problems and situations beyond your control occur, they can leave lasting emotional scars and cause deep suffering. Seeking a trusted psychotherapist is an important first step toward healing. Together, we will work toward your goals in a safe space that fosters healing, growth, empowerment, and resilience. Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Not ready for ongoing therapy? I offer vent sessions. Vent Session: You deserve a space to speak your truth without burdening others or holding it all in. Vent sessions create that safe, supportive environment space to let go, feel understood, and channel your emotions into personal growth. These can be scheduled in 30 minute increment sessions. --------I AM AVAILABLE WEEKDAYS IN THE AFTERNOONS AND WEEKENDS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY------- ----Yo Hablo Español ----- Estoy aqui para ayudarle en cualquier etapa de su vida!
