I understand the dichotomy of living in a capitalist society and recognizing we are not robots. My practice is rooted in liberation psychology where we are able to sit with the feelings and recognize our worth as humans. If you are feeling like you are stuck in patterns that might be yours or even ancestral, through patience and non urgency, we can navigate those feelings together. I work best with clients that are ready to challenge old beliefs and messaging rooted in white supremacy and colonization.
