Introduction

Whether you’re here for you or another person, you’re resilient to look into support. The outside world and our minds can make growing into our most authentic selves really hard. You can fill me in on what feels hardest, and share your truth. I will commit to making your life feel less isolating through our collaborative connection. Maybe you'd like to connect with me on one or more of the following topics: The past, present and future. All three can definitely be hard to think about. Relationships with family, friends, and/or partners as they can bring change that leaves us feeling pain. School and social media don’t always get what life can really be like. And not everyone welcomes the identities we hold (race, gender, religion and spirituality, sexual orientation, physical abilities, nation of birth, cultural background(s), and how they intersect). But YOU get to choose our focus. This is YOUR journey in healing and growth. Your voice is valuable. It's always important to me that you feel both brave and safe when we’re together. Bravery and safety tie to your (incredible) healing and growth. My therapeutic styles include Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Developmental Repair. I'm passionate about supporting folx ages 10-19. Please reach out if you’d like to see if my style of mental health support feels right for you. Life doesn't have a pause button, and that can cause so much stress. Your experience, values, and emotions deserve a supportive space in this chaotic world.
