If you're feeling overwhelmed by thoughts around food, stuck in cycles you can't seem to break, or carrying the weight of past experiences that still impact your daily life—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I specialize in working with people navigating the intersection of eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. As an Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS), I provide compassionate, weight-inclusive care that recognizes that eating disorders can affect people of all bodies, backgrounds, and experiences. These struggles often show up together, and it can feel frustrating, confusing, or even shameful trying to make sense of it all. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen—not just as a diagnosis or a set of symptoms, but as a whole person doing the hard work of healing. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your pace. I believe recovery should help you build a life that feels more free, flexible, and connected to what matters to you—not one that is increasingly controlled by food rules, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or fear. Whether you're managing intrusive thoughts, working toward a more peaceful relationship with food and your body, or processing experiences that still feel unresolved, we can work through it together. If you're ready for a space where you can exhale, explore, and heal, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
