Introduction

Many people feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, past trauma, or relationship and intimacy challenges, even when they want things to change. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in an intentional way. I provide a supportive, trauma-informed environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I believe you are the expert on your life. My role is to listen with care, help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you in building healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. I provide individual and couples therapy for adults (18+) using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, intimacy and sexual concerns, and relationship challenges. Together we identify patterns that keep you stuck and build healthier, more connected relationships. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Marnie Cosse, LPC-S. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate things alone. If you’re ready to explore change, I would be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
