Managing emotions while trying to conceive, in pregnancy, and postpartum can be difficult. As a perinatal therapist, my goal is to provide a safe space where you can process these major life changes. I use a trauma informed approach that is strengths based. I help clients explore how different life experiences (i.e., childhood, trauma, family dynamics, life stressors) have impacted their views of themselves and internal dialogue. I partner with my clients to reframe negative narratives, learn coping skills, and instill positive beliefs through EMDR therapy. I have advanced training in EMDR and perinatal mental health.
