You deserve great relationships that feel meaningful, supportive, and connected – including the relationship you have with yourself. These strong relationships don’t happen by accident. They are built with intention, understanding, and support. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen your partnership, navigate life’s challenges with more confidence, or better understand the patterns keeping you stuck, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your values and create lasting change. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and shame-free environment where you can find hope, clarity, and insight. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical tools backed by research, and learn new ways of responding to life’s challenges. My goal is to help you cultivate deeper connections, greater resilience, and a life that feels deeply aligned with who you want to be. I enjoy working with couples wanting to improve their relationships, as well as individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and overall emotional well-being. I also offer EMDR therapy for clients looking to process difficult or traumatic experiences as part of their healing journey. My approach uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR, tailoring these models to your unique needs and goals. I believe growth happens through curiosity, compassion, and connection, and I’d love to be part of your journey. Outside of the therapy office, you’ll usually find me soaking up time with my husband and kids. When I’ve got a moment, I love listening to classical music, reading a good book, or cheering for my favorite sports teams.
