Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and I enjoy walking alongside each patient as they face their own challenges and obstacles in life. We will work together to help create solutions that work uniquely to your own journey and to take the steps needed to get you where you want to be. I offer a direct but compassionate approach and come from a place of understanding and support. In your first session, we'll explore the reasons that brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space that allows you to express your feelings, explore your emotions, and work towards healing and recovery at your own pace. I also offer weekend intensive therapy options; perfect for couples & families, looking for quicker results compared to traditional weekly/biweekly therapy sessions, normally taking 6 months or longer. Intensives are tailored to the specific issues and conflicts within the relationship or family, offering a unique and personalized approach. Contact me for more information & availability!
