Hi! I’m Lyndsey, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves in a way that feels compassionate, practical, and lasting. I specialize in working with ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, burnout, and executive functioning challenges. My approach is integrative and deeply individualized, drawing from EMDR, Parts and Memory work, neurodivergent affirming therapy, and practical executive functioning support. I believe therapy is most effective when we make space for the full context of a person’s experience and not just symptoms, but sensory factors, relationships, past experiences, and the systems they are moving through. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I aim to create an environment where you feel understood and accepted, while also supporting meaningful insight, skill building, and meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, trying to make sense of long standing patterns, healing from past experiences, or learning how to work with your brain instead of against it, therapy can be a place to build clarity, self acceptance, and a stronger sense of connection with yourself.
