Introduction

You've been carrying something heavy — and you've been carrying it alone for way too long. Maybe it's heartbreak that cut deeper than anyone around you understands. Maybe it's trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt that keeps showing up no matter how hard you try to move forward. Maybe you're a teen girl trying to figure out who you are in a world that keeps telling you who to be. Whatever brought you here — you don't have to minimize your story, explain it away, or pretend you're fine anymore. I specialize in supporting Black women, teen girls, and young adults navigating trauma, heartbreak, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. I understand how deeply painful experiences echo into the present — showing up as self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of being permanently stuck. Our work together is about unpacking those experiences, breaking the patterns that have been running your life, and reconnecting with the strength and resilience that's already inside you. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. I know what it feels like to have to heal, grow, and rediscover yourself — and I carry that understanding into every session. My approach is calm, collaborative, and deeply real. I'll listen with genuine empathy while also keeping it honest — gently challenging you to grow beyond the limitations you've been carrying for far too long. I'm a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and I carry that spirit of sisterhood, service, and community into everything I do — including the way I show up for every client I serve. For me, therapy isn't just about moving through pain. It's about giving yourself grace, getting honest with yourself, and stepping fully into the version of you that you've been searching for — the one you're still becoming. If you're ready to heal what hurt you, break what's been holding you back, and become her — I'm ready to walk that journey with you.
