Introduction

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. As a therapist, I specialize in supporting adolescents, emerging adults, and women who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—carrying unspoken pain, battling self-doubt, or unsure of who they are becoming. In our work together, I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to minimize your story or carry it alone. I approach therapy with empathy and curiosity, helping you unpack past experiences, reflect on patterns, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity. Drawing from person-centered, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches, I offer both practical coping tools and deeper insight to guide your healing journey. Clients describe sessions with me as compassionate and freeing. I listen with understanding, but I also gently challenge you to grow in the ways you’re ready for. Whether you’re processing past trauma, managing daily anxiety, or stepping into a new chapter of your life, my goal is to help you strengthen self-awareness, build confidence, and move forward with resilience. You don’t have to walk this road alone. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and the possibility of becoming the truest version of yourself.
