Introduction

Hi there! If life feels a little off (stuck, stretched thin, or like the rules quietly changed without warning) you’re not alone. Those moments tend to show up during transitions, burnout, or just a nagging sense that something needs to shift. My role is to help you slow things down, untangle what’s going on, and find a way forward that actually fits your real life. I’m a licensed psychologist who works with college students, adults, and healthcare professionals through all kinds of seasons - early career uncertainty, caregiving burnout, shifting family dynamics, parenting “adult” kids (18–23… enough said), and figuring out what’s next later in life. Therapy here is thoughtful, collaborative, and very human. Growth doesn’t require perfection, just showing up (sometimes a little messy, and occasionally a little silly). Lynn@LCPsychology.com
