Lynn works with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, stress, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their emotions and developing effective coping strategies. Drawing from a solution-focused and person-centered approach, Lynn helps clients identify their strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Grounded in the practice of self-compassion, Lynn believes that personal growth begins with treating oneself with kindness and understanding. She collaborates with clients to reduce self-criticism, build resilience, and foster greater confidence and emotional balance. Lynn is a Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit) in New York State and Connecticut. She is pursuing her PhD in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University and holds Master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, and Elementary Education.
