Lynn works with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, stress, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their emotions and developing effective coping strategies. Drawing from a solution-focused and person-centered approach, Lynn helps clients identify their strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Grounded in the practice of self-compassion, Lynn believes that personal growth begins with treating oneself with kindness and understanding. She collaborates with clients to reduce self-criticism, build resilience, and foster greater confidence and emotional balance. Lynn is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and a licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. She is pursuing her PhD in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University and holds Master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, and Elementary Education.
