Introduction

Hello, my name is Lynn Manea and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Safe Space Therapy NJ. Starting therapy is a significant and challenging step. I am here to support you. I applaud you for taking this journey toward healing and growth. I have a vast understanding and expertise in the therapeutic process. I offer personal telehealth psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and caregivers, and work with adults ages 18 and over. My professional experience spans private practice, counseling adolescents in school settings, and assisting clients and families with chronic and terminal illnesses in a hospice setting as well as treatment for those experiencing anxiety, depression and ADHD. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and the relationship we build together is the most important factor in your healing. Because of this, I invite you to a brief, no-pressure consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, for you to ask questions about my approach, and for both of us to determine if we are a good fit for one another.
