I bring over 30 years of clinical experience in behavioral health therapy, along with hard-won wisdom from my own life challenges. My clients often tell me I'm relaxed and easy to talk to—I ask thought-provoking questions that help you think through your issues without being passive or overly directive. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and family conflict, using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and faith based counseling. I work with young adults, adults, and elders through both telehealth and in-person sessions. My goal is to help you understand the deep beliefs you hold and the defenses you've developed—recognizing that while they once protected you, they may now be causing harm. I accept several major insurance plans.
