Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in a private practice setting. I want to provide support and guidance in a safe space for clients to heal and grow while setting goals and working towards those goals. I work from a Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help you better understand the way your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are intertwined. I want to help clients gain insight and coping skills to create change and self acceptance. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University of Missouri in 2011 and my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2015. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in community, school, and office settings.
