I provide mental health counseling and wellness services for individuals (primarily 18 and up) addressing the WHOLE person. I am passionate about utilizing a holistic approach to enrich daily functioning and meaningful change. I am certified in Integrative Mental Health, and have advanced degrees in both social work and holistic theology. I'm trained in a naturopathic approach to wellness. My training team provides targeted strategy/skill building groups and psycho-educational workshops for all ages-from little ones to adults of all ages, both online and in person. Workshops and wellness groups are fee based, and not covered by insurance, since they are educational and not diagnostic/clinical treatment services.
