Introduction

Healing and growth occur within relationships that feel safe, respectful, compassionate, and connected. My practice is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, a framework that explores how our brains, bodies, and relationships interact with our life experiences. By understanding these interactions, therapy can become a space where meaningful change and integration are possible. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and bring together diverse professional expertise, educational training, and life experiences. In therapy I use evidence-based practices to support each person’s unique path toward healing. I believe every person has inherent strengths and capacity for growth even when life experiences, stress, trauma, or developmental transitions make that difficult to see. My approach is person-centered and strength-oriented. Rather than applying a single model to every situation, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their story, honor their values, and build on what is already working in their lives. Drawing from evidence-based research and relational approaches, our work together can promote insight, emotion regulation, and new ways of engaging with yourself and others. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and secure therapeutic environment where curiosity, compassion, and authenticity guide the process. In our work, clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their inner resources, and move toward greater integration, healing, and wholeness. You may be seeking support during a challenging time, working through longstanding patterns, or wanting to deepen self-understanding. Therapy can be a place to rediscover clarity, connection, and possibility. Use the contact link to schedule time for us to discuss how I can support your journey of healing and growth.
