Introduction

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping people manage the stress of difficult situations and life transitions, while also guiding them to discover new ways of living that foster growth, connection, healing, and a deeper sense of wholeness. My work focuses on the strength of the therapeutic alliance, person-centered and strengths-based perspectives, and evidence-based approaches to help you build self-awareness, make sense of your story, identify valued goals, and create a life you find meaningful and purposeful. I believe in the inherent dignity and worth of all persons and respect you as the expert of your own life. I'm passionate about family and relational wellbeing and believe we are all doing the best we can. I also recognize that sometimes things get in the way that can make it difficult for us to be as connected and effective as we want to be within our most significant relationships. In therapy I maintain a non-judgmental voice as together we explore what may be getting in the way for you. My own life has been a journey filled with personal growth, study, learning, and reflection. In our complex and challenging world, my goal is to support fellow travelers as they discover their gifts and their purpose, and learn to nurture deeply connected relationships. To support this goal I will gladly participate in workshops, speak to your organization or meeting, and lead groups. If you're interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please use the contact link or request an appointment.
