Introduction

I have experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults from marginalized communities that include LGBTQIA+, people of color, people of immigration and first generation issues. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, post partum depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, family conflict and intergenerational trauma. My work focuses on a psychodynamic approach to help explore and understand past childhood experiences impacting current underlying behaviors and relationships. In addition I also address any current or past suicidal ideations to help clients establish a healthy space and positive coping strategies to overcome these struggles.
