Introduction

I've worked in the mental health field since 2008, and as a therapist since 2014. I have a broad range of experience with individuals aged from two years to 65 years, including individuals with co-occurring developmental disorders. I'm currently focusing my practice on helping adolescents and adults with trauma-related symptoms, OCD, and anxiety. I offer a unique blend of EMDR, IFS, CBT, ERP, and mindfulness. I tailor the therapy process to each individual, and I invite feedback about what is and is not working for each client. I recommend a 15-minute phone consultation to see whether we're a good fit for each other before scheduling a session.
