Introduction
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, carrying the effects of past experiences, or struggling in relationships, you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, process what's keeping you stuck, and develop the tools to move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Drawing from evidence-based practices, including EMDR, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the lasting impact of emotionally difficult relationships. Together, we'll focus not only on reducing distress but also on creating meaningful, lasting change. Availability: I offer virtual appointments on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as limited in-person availability on Saturday's. Appointments are available to Ohio residents only. Payments: I am a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of your session. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
