I build strong and supportive relationships with my patients, creating safe spaces for deep self-exploration and personal growth. Through our work together, we’ll help you live a life that is meaningful and aligned with your values. I have an integrative and collaborative approach to psychotherapy with psychodynamic and psychoanalytic technique forming the foundation of my practice. I completed my medical education at the University of North Carolina followed by my adult psychiatry residency training at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital / McLean Hospital. I received advanced psychotherapy training at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. In my practice, I see adults for therapy and offer thoughtful medication evaluation to patients. By utilizing a blend of therapy treatment and medication management, I provide personalized and comprehensive care to my patients.
