Introduction

I specialize in providing therapy to process complex trauma, navigate life transitions, and work on adaptive communication and boundaries. My work is identity-affirming and trauma-informed. Whether the support you're seeking is short-term or longer-term, my goal in working together is to provide a safe environment that facilitates the growth you're looking for. I support individuals across the life span, couples of all relationship styles, and families by facilitating an environment of growth and healthy communication that honors each person's authenticity. My approach is strengths-based and informed by Person-Centered and Internal Family Systems empirically backed therapeutic techniques. My work encompasses building self-esteem, boundary creation, exploring interpersonal relationship dynamics, processing gender identity and sexual identity, processing grief and loss, addressing complex traumas, and other life transitions. I meet you where you're at in your life and provide guidance that is in alignment with your unique values and goals. I am accepting new clients in person and virtually. My office is located in Penfield, NY, and I am available to provide services virtually to residents of NY who may be outside of driving distance. To get started, I offer free 15-minute consultation calls, or we can book an intake appointment.
