Mackenzie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Iowa, with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of Iowa. She has years of experience across diverse settings—including residential and outpatient mental health treatment, community outreach for individuals experiencing homelessness, and supporting veterans at the VA—giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face.
