Introduction

I’m so glad you’re here! Taking the first step is the hardest part, and you taking that step speaks to the courage and strength you already have. I would be honored to listen and support you as we work together to achieve your goals. Whether it be implementing coping strategies for anxiety and depression or healing from trauma or adjusting to a big change in life. Therapy isn't about rushing towards quick fixes. It's about creating a safe, steady, and supportive space where you can explore your story, gain clarity, and grow at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities to guide treatment, but most importantly I focus on understanding you, your experiences, your relationships, and the patterns that have shaped you. Together we'll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work towards meaningful and lasting change. Healing is possible! I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you!
