Through therapy, I help individuals process their feelings and discover what they need to make positive change. Therapy is a joint venture where you as the client will be in control of what you want to work on and change in therapy. My role as your therapist will be to listen, facilitate our session and support changes you want to make. My approach to therapy is authentic and purposeful to help you feel heard, increase self-awareness and focus on the changes you want to make. My specialty is helping adults and teens who are experiencing major changes or obstacles at different stages in their life. For instance, individuals in their teenage years often struggle with developing a strong sense of self, while those in their 20s may face challenges in finding clear direction in life. These are common phases where focused therapeutic support can be particularly beneficial. Before making a decision about therapy or an appointment, I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation with me to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have about therapy before we begin. The best way to reach me is by email or voicemail. You can expect me to follow up with you within 48 business hours. I genuinely appreciate your consideration and look forward to the possibility of working together.
