Therapy can be a daunting process, but you don't have to do it alone! My approach is very relaxed and collaborative, focused on working together to find what feels best for you! I specialize in complex trauma and childhood trauma, and I also love supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and more. I use a variety of approaches and interventions, but everything I do is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approach. My ultimate goal is for us to build a genuine relationship so you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are!
