Introduction

What if the parts of you that feel “too much” actually make sense? I believe your emotions and behaviors aren’t problems to fix, but are often smart strategies you developed to feel safe. A big part of our work is to help you unlearn the stigma you may carry about your own patterns such as avoidance, chaos, shame, etc. This is not to avoid accountability, but to create lasting change. I’m warm and I’m direct. Together, we will look at the patterns that are keeping you stuck, without shame. Our exploration together is rooted in trust; trusting you as the expert of you, while I bring my expertise in mental health support to guide us. I believe meaningful change happens in safe connection. I use EMDR, parts work, emotional focused therapy, and creative tools like art when words aren’t enough. Together, we slow down, learn to listen to your body, and make space for the full range of your emotions. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages navigating sexual trauma, complex PTSD, LGBTQIA+ identity, ADHD/AuDHD, self-harm, and substance use. If you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or exhausted from holding it all together, we’ll focus on building self-trust and steadier relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.
