Introduction

Welcome! I'm glad you're here and appreciate you considering my practice for your care. As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and couples find relief, create lasting change, and build meaningful relationships in the process. While I am available for in-person sessions in Augusta, GA, I opened my multi-state virtual practice with the hope of helping my clients fit therapy into their busy lives and make our busy lives feel a little less lonely. Maybe you want to learn how to set better boundaries with your job, family, or friends. Maybe you are dedicated to breaking toxic relationship patterns and identifying healthy partners and friendships. Maybe you want to find ways to accept your body exactly as it is. Maybe you want to become the parent you wish you had as a child. Or you just want to vent in the middle of a hectic week - there's space for that too. Therapy is a space for you to untangle your thoughts and gain insight into ways the past may be unknowingly influencing your current behaviors so that you can intentionally choose who you want to be. The only requirement of therapy is simply being human. If you are looking for a compassionate space with honest, authentic feedback, I would love to begin our work together.
