I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I welcome all hardships and stages that life brings. My approach to therapy is flexible, validating, and emphasizes your needs and values. Typically, I work with clients who are hoping to feel relief from their overwhelming emotions, process traumatic experiences, or navigate new challenges, including parenting or gender identity work. My goal is that you have a safe space to share your authentic self. With children 5-10, I believe play is their form of communication; I use child-centered play therapy as a way for children to express their emotions and engage in acceptance. Additionally, I use Brain Spotting to reprocess trauma and offer letters of readiness for gender affirming care. Whether you are hoping to recover from trauma, process life changes, reduce anxiety, or depression, please reach out if you think we could be a good fit!
