Feeling stuck in life often comes from unfelt emotions getting lodged in our bodies, causing our energetic systems to clog up. Hence the “stuck” feeling. But how do you even begin to work through these feelings when you don’t have access to them? Using a combination of somatic, attachment-based, and parts work informed approaches, I partner with clients in reconnecting to their bodies and learning how to regulate their nervous system. I strive to empower my clients with tools to truly FEEL their feelings. As a queer, neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist, I am most passionate about working with other queer, neurodivergent folks on issues related to anxiety, depression, burnout, and identity.
