I specialize in working with women, young adults, and teens navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem. You can expect our time to be focused on not only the goals we establish together, but also on building a strong, authentic, human relationship. At the end of the day, we are two people focused on working toward your full potential and sitting together through it all. I often utilize person-centered, mindfulness, strengths-based, health at every size, and attachment-based approaches along with CBT. However, therapy is not a one-size-fits-all treatment, and therefore I believe in an integrative, collaborative approach. Meaning, I will treat you as a unique, multi-faceted individual and make a plan with you to achieve your goals.
