Maddie strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their struggles while uncovering their inner strengths. She uses a warm, strengths-based approach and often integrates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support clients in managing anxiety, depression, family stress, and life transitions. She believes therapy is a courageous step toward building resilience and finding peace in daily life. With humor, warmth, and directness, Maddie partners with clients to develop healthier coping strategies, deepen self-understanding, and navigate relationships with greater ease. Alongside her work in therapy, Maddie also has a background in social work, which informs her holistic perspective on care and well-being. Outside of the therapy room, Maddie enjoys yoga, long walks, reading, and spending time with her family and dog. These practices recharge her and inspire the compassion and curiosity she brings into her work with clients.
