Hey I’m Maddie! I love working alongside people as they discover the tools they already have within them to live a purposeful life. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, OCD, or challenges with the body, I’m here to support you in getting where you want to be. Helping others form a healthy relationship with their mind and body is the driving force behind the work I do. I’m most drawn to supporting teens and adults healing from an eating disorder, disordered eating, sexual trauma, or other body image difficulties.
