I am a Resident in Counseling with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and other life challenges as they work toward emotional wellness and personal growth. My approach to counseling is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while recognizing that each individual has unique experiences, needs, and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood as they explore their challenges and develop meaningful strategies for growth. When requested, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that incorporates Christian values and spiritual reflection. I believe healing involves the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and I value the opportunity to walk alongside individuals as they navigate their personal journeys. I consider it a privilege to support others in discovering their strengths, building resilience, and creating meaningful change in their lives. Outside of counseling, I value opportunities for reflection, connection, and continued personal and professional growth.
