Introduction

I primarily work with youth and young adults (ages 6-26) and their families and specialize in trauma, autism, and anxiety. In sessions, we will approach distress and challenges with curiosity and creativity as you gain tools to support yourself or your child and gain insight to better understand yourself and the world around you. Therapy is so much more than talking about feelings and life. In our sessions, we may engage with experiential activities, art directives, and therapeutic games to support the exploration of emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life experiences. Most of my clients express having fun in session as they gain support with their treatment goals! If you think my services could fit your treatment needs and preferences, I invite you to contact me to explore further!
