I'm a Board Certified Music Therapist who believes that neurodivergence is a brain difference, not a deficit, and not something to be cured. As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I'm deeply committed to meeting every client exactly where they are—without judgment or pressure to "fit in." I work with toddlers through adults, specializing in ADHD and autism support, anxiety, depression, school challenges, and trauma. My approach is grounded in neuroinclusive and trauma-informed practices that honor your unique nervous system and strengths. I use music therapy alongside play therapy, guided imagery, and person-centered techniques to help you build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and reconnect with yourself. I'm also passionate about special education advocacy and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, girls and women with ADHD, and anyone navigating grief or suicidal ideation. I offer individual sessions, groups, classes, and coaching—both in-person and telehealth. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be glad to support you or your family.
