I believe meaningful change begins when a person feels deeply understood — not just heard, but truly known. As a master’s level social work clinician, I am dedicated to helping individuals develop clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self so they can move toward the life they want to live. I see individual clients and couples of all ages and backgrounds with a specialization in the military population. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relational distress, and life stressors with compassion, depth, and practical skill-building. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and faith-based counseling.
